Submitting a Special Session

Proposals should be submitted via e-mail in PDF format to the Programme Committee Chairs ([email protected])

 

Proposal Details

A proposal for a special session should consist of the following:

▪ 1. Title of the special session;

▪ 2. Brief profiles of Special Session Organizers;

▪ 3. General description of the special session aims and scope;

▪ 4. List of contribution papers (titles, authors and, if possible, a short abstract). The targeted number of papers per session is 4-6 (typically a special session has a length of 90 minutes).

The management of papers review will be achieved by the Special Session Organizers, through the Easychair conference system (a separate EasyChair track will be provided for each Special Session). The papers will be required to meet the same quality standards as MEDICON2019 regular papers.

The organizers will be responsible for the advertisement and promotion of the special session. No financial support will be provided by the organization of MEDICON2019. However, organizers of the special sessions will be offered 20% of discount in registration.

Notification of proposal acceptance : 15 February, 2019 15 March, 2019

Special Session Paper Submission Deadline : 31 March, 2019
